What Counts as a Referral?
A referral counts when a new customer submits a request using your referral link or code, hires Suds Doctor, completes the work, and pays for that job.
Your $25 credit is added after the referred customer's job is completed and paid. Their $25 credit applies to their first completed Suds Doctor job.

How do I know what my referral code is?
Referral codes are typically your first and last name, matching the name used on your original Suds Doctor quote or invoice.
Can I use referral credits on any service?
Yes. Referral credits may be used toward any future Suds Doctor service, including roof cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning services.
Can credits stack?
Yes. Credits can stack, but they may only cover up to 50% of the total job cost. For example, if a job is $500, the most referral credit that can be applied is $250.
Are referral credits transferable?
No. Referral credits are tied to the original Suds Doctor customer account and are not transferable to another person or household.
When does the referrer get credit?
The original customer receives $25 credit after the referred customer's job has been completed and paid.
