A qualifying referral must be a new Suds Doctor customer. Before booking, the customer must use the participant’s personal referral link or code, or identify the referrer to Suds Doctor. If more than one referral is submitted for the same customer, the first valid referral received by Suds Doctor receives credit. Existing customers, existing leads, previous quote requests, and retroactive referral claims are not eligible.

The first completed job must have an eligible service subtotal of at least $299. Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid work does not qualify.

Rewards are delivered by email as digital Visa prepaid cards. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping their contact information current.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. Suds Doctor may request tax information or issue tax documentation when legally required.

One referrer and one referral discount are allowed per new customer. Referral discounts cannot be combined with another promotion unless Suds Doctor approves it.

Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and referrals involving the same household, billing information, or payment method may be declined. Fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated referrals are not eligible.

If a referral is shared publicly, the referrer must disclose that they may receive a reward. Referrers should only claim personal experience with Suds Doctor if they have actually hired us.

Suds Doctor may review, suspend, or remove participants for fraud, spam, misleading promotion, or program abuse.

Suds Doctor may change, pause, or end the program at any time. Valid referrals submitted before a change will remain eligible under the previous terms if the job is completed and paid within 90 days. Rewards already earned will still be issued.
