When you approve a quote, schedule service, sign an agreement, respond with approval by text or email, or otherwise authorize Suds Doctor LLC to begin work, you confirm that you are authorized to approve service for the property.
You also agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas, water sources when needed, gates, driveways, and other areas required to complete the service.
Customers are responsible for removing or securing fragile items, vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, toys, tools, pet items, grill covers, cushions, and other belongings from work areas before service begins.
Customers should close all windows and doors, keep pets and people away from active work areas, unlock gates when needed, and notify Suds Doctor LLC of known leaks, failing surfaces, electrical concerns, damaged fixtures, delicate plants, or other property conditions that may affect the work.
Pressure washing, soft washing, roof treatment, gutter cleaning, surface cleaning, chemical application, rinsing, runoff, and related exterior cleaning work involve inherent risks. Cleaning can reveal, worsen, or interact with pre-existing conditions.
Examples include failing paint, oxidation, brittle materials, loose trim, aged caulking, compromised seals, weakened roofing, loose shingles, deteriorated concrete, damaged pavers, disturbed joint sand, stained surfaces, failing fixtures, leaking doors or windows, and existing water intrusion paths.
Suds Doctor LLC may use industry-standard cleaning products, including bleach-based solutions, surfactants, soaps, water, and other exterior cleaning agents appropriate for the service. These products may affect plants, grass, soil, painted surfaces, oxidized materials, metal, wood, fabrics, fixtures, and other exterior elements.
We take reasonable precautions where appropriate, such as pre-wetting, rinsing, and adjusting methods, but we cannot guarantee that all surfaces, landscaping, or surrounding items will be unaffected by water, runoff, overspray, residue, or cleaning solutions.
Results vary based on age, material, previous maintenance, staining, organic growth, oxidation, weather exposure, drainage, and surface condition. Suds Doctor LLC does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, moss, algae, lichen, oxidation, oil, rust, paint, efflorescence, or deeply embedded discoloration.
Roof cleaning and roof treatment are maintenance services only. Suds Doctor LLC does not provide roofing repairs, structural work, leak prevention guarantees, roof lifespan guarantees, or warranties on roofing materials.
Suds Doctor LLC may reschedule service because of weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, access limitations, site conditions, staffing, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes as soon as practical.
If the property is not ready, accessible, or safe at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
If you opt in to text messages, Suds Doctor LLC may send SMS messages about quote requests, appointment alerts, scheduling, reminders, service updates, notifications, review requests, promotions, and other Suds Doctor LLC communications based on the consent option you selected.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You can reply HELP for help. Text message consent is optional, and promotional text consent is not required to request a quote, schedule service, or purchase services from Suds Doctor LLC.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment is due according to the quote, invoice, or written agreement for the project. Customers agree to pay approved charges for completed services, approved add-ons, and any applicable fees.
Late or unpaid balances may result in reminders, late fees where allowed, collection activity, recovery of collection costs, attorney fees where permitted, and suspension of future service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Suds Doctor LLC may take photos or videos of exterior project areas before, during, and after service for estimates, documentation, quality control, training, marketing, website content, social media, and promotional use.
We aim to keep project media focused on exterior surfaces and completed work rather than private personal information.
